楊力,1998年7月本科畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué),2004年3月于中科院中國科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所獲博士學(xué)位。

現(xiàn)任復(fù)旦大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究院研究員。

個人資料

楊力于1998年本科畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)專業(yè)。畢業(yè)后前往中國科學(xué)院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所攻讀博士學(xué)位。2004年博士畢業(yè)后師從于1989年諾貝爾化學(xué)獎SidneyAltman,在耶魯大學(xué)進(jìn)行博士后工作。2007年在康涅狄格大學(xué)Brenton R. Graveley實(shí)驗(yàn)室繼續(xù)博士后工作。

2010年10月,楊力回國,獲任中國科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院科研處處長,次年7月任中科院-德國馬普學(xué)會計算生物學(xué)伙伴研究所/上海營養(yǎng)與健康研究所研究員。

2022年2月起任復(fù)旦大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究院研究員。

研究方向

從1990年開始到2001年第一個人類全基因組測序結(jié)果發(fā)表,人類基因組計劃僅耗材花費(fèi)就高達(dá)30億美元。利用新一代高通量測序技術(shù),基因組測序的時間和耗費(fèi)被極大地降低了,這使得高通量測序技術(shù)被廣泛的應(yīng)用于生命科學(xué)研究的各個領(lǐng)域中,極大的促進(jìn)了現(xiàn)代生命科學(xué)的發(fā)展。楊力實(shí)驗(yàn)室利用高通量測序技術(shù)和相應(yīng)的計算生物學(xué)分析方法,對真核生物核糖核酸的表達(dá)調(diào)控在全轉(zhuǎn)錄組水平進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)檢測,主要圍繞模式生物果蠅和人源胚胎干細(xì)胞及其定向分化的RNA選擇性剪接和非編碼RNA功能作用進(jìn)行研究,并系統(tǒng)解析RNA的復(fù)雜調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)。實(shí)驗(yàn)室將利用實(shí)驗(yàn)(包括新一代高通量測序,分子和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)等)和計算(包括統(tǒng)計,生物信息學(xué)等)生物學(xué)的方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,以期拓展人類在全轉(zhuǎn)錄組水平對RNA重要生理功能及其調(diào)控作用的全面認(rèn)識。
