邵寧生,1965年2月14日出生,是軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所的研究員,同時(shí)也是博士研究生導(dǎo)師和生物化學(xué)研究室的主任。

兼任北京市生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會副理事長,中國生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會RNA專業(yè)委員會委員;中國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會委員;《生物化學(xué)與生物物理進(jìn)展》雜志、《中國實(shí)驗(yàn)血液學(xué)》雜志、《生理科學(xué)進(jìn)展》、《醫(yī)學(xué)分子生物學(xué)雜志》編委。
簡歷
1992年軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所獲博士學(xué)位;
1995年7月-1998年4月美國Thomas Jefferson大學(xué)和Allegheny大學(xué)博士后;
2003以后任職軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院。
主要研究方向
1. 非編碼核糖核酸結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究,主要是miRNA在生命過程及重大疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中的功能研究。
2. 隨機(jī)生物文庫技術(shù)包括隨機(jī)肽庫技術(shù)及SELEX技術(shù)在重大疾病及傳染性病原菌診斷和治療方面的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。
3. 革蘭氏陽性菌毒素產(chǎn)生及其調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究,這方面的研究對認(rèn)識革蘭氏陽性菌感染的防治具有重要意義。
科研著述與獲獎(jiǎng)情況
先后承擔(dān)和參加國家“973”課題、國家“863”課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金兩地模式項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、北京市自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目共計(jì)20余項(xiàng)。申請國家發(fā)明專利10余項(xiàng),已經(jīng)獲得授權(quán)5項(xiàng),申請國際PCT專利4項(xiàng)。在國內(nèi)外專業(yè)雜志發(fā)表研究論文及綜述90余篇,其中國外SCI雜志發(fā)表研究論文30余篇。參編學(xué)術(shù)專著和譯著7部。獲北京科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)(2003,2008)。
