童小嬌（1962年10月生），女，漢族，湖北武漢人，無黨派人士。1986年7月參加工作，畢業于湖南大學應用數學系應用數學專業，獲理學博士學位。曾任湖南第一師范學院院長，現為二級教授，國務院政府特殊津貼獲得者。童小嬌還擔任湘潭大學博士生導師和湖南師范大學、長沙理工大學碩士導師。
