楊進輝(Dr. Jin-Hui YANG) ，男，1971年5月生，漢族，河北省任丘市人，理學博士，中共黨員，中國科學院地質(zhì)與地球物理研究所“巖石圈演化國家重點實驗室”研究員，博士生導師，多接收等離子體質(zhì)譜實驗室主任，國家杰出青年基金獲得者。

科研工作
楊進輝同志從事巖石地球化學研究工作，學術(shù)上堅持與國際接軌，強調(diào)自主創(chuàng)新，主要在原位微區(qū)同位素分析技術(shù)、華北克拉通破壞與大規(guī)模巖漿作用等方面作出突出成績，為我國巖漿巖成因巖石學科學作出重要貢獻。他首次研發(fā)了黃鐵礦Rb-Sr等時線直接確定金成礦時代的分析方法；研發(fā)了原位微區(qū)同位素分析技術(shù)，并利用該技術(shù)對花崗石及鎂鐵質(zhì)包體進行研究，為巖漿混合和巖漿形成的熱源提供了確鑿的證據(jù)和新的研究思路；明確提出華北陸塊晚中生代去克拉通化作用。這些創(chuàng)新性成果極大提高了我國原位微區(qū)分析技術(shù)和克拉通破壞等研究的國際地位與影響。
發(fā)表SCI論文90余篇，有3篇論文被ESI評為相關(guān)學科的Top Paper。統(tǒng)計到2011年10月，全部論文被SCI引用2200余次，進入ISI全球地球科學高引用率科學家排名錄前500名。
