洪學(xué)傳,漢族,是一名教授,任職于武漢大學(xué)藥學(xué)院。他畢業(yè)于天津大學(xué),并擔(dān)任楚天學(xué)者特聘教授。截至2019年7月,他已發(fā)表13篇論文。

業(yè)績概要

1)國內(nèi)國際核心化學(xué)期刊上發(fā)表論文37篇及英文專著一章。

2)率先發(fā)現(xiàn)了以手性亞亞胺(sulfoximine)為手性助劑的不對稱的1,4-加成反應(yīng), 使在芳香基團(tuán), 雜環(huán)化合物共扼環(huán)的α位引入手性烷基手性中心更加容易。反應(yīng)具有廣泛 的普遍性和絕對的立體選擇性。

3)在美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院(NIH), 結(jié)核病 Antimicrobial Acquisition and Coordinating Facility (TAACF) 和 CV Therapeutics 的支持下, 利用這特定的化學(xué)設(shè)計(jì), 合成了一系列具有絕對構(gòu)像的抗結(jié)核病的天然或非天然化合物例如(+)-curcumeme, (+)-curcuphenol, pesudoteroxazole, erogorgiaene, colombiasin A 和 elisapterosin B及分子改造, 開發(fā)出了一些選擇性地高, 毒性小的抗結(jié)核劑。

4)發(fā)現(xiàn)用改進(jìn)的aza-Achmatowicz 方法合成多取代吡咯。確定(II)催化吲環(huán)加成串聯(lián)反應(yīng)的相對立體構(gòu)像。設(shè)計(jì), 合成了一系列具有高生物活性的天然化合物例如kopsifoline的核 心結(jié)構(gòu)。

5)曾從事各類癌癥藥物和肥胖癥的小分子藥物等發(fā)現(xiàn),合成, 研制及工業(yè)開發(fā)。其中一個(gè)臨床III藥在2009年9月得到美國FDA批準(zhǔn)。

2014年獲武漢市第三批“黃鶴英才”人才計(jì)劃。

2014年獲美國化學(xué)會組織頒發(fā)的第九屆世界華人藥學(xué)會最佳報(bào)告獎。

2015年獲武漢大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部醫(yī)學(xué)突出貢獻(xiàn)獎。

2016年武漢大學(xué)珞珈學(xué)者特聘教授,武漢大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部醫(yī)學(xué)突出貢獻(xiàn)獎,武漢大學(xué)朱裕璧醫(yī)學(xué)獎。
