張志鴻，1963年畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)生物物理學(xué)專業(yè)。
人物經(jīng)歷
1979-1981年京都大學(xué)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者；
1988年獲日本京都大學(xué)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位；
1990-1991年哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者；
1991年至今為復(fù)旦大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院生理學(xué)和生物物理學(xué)系教授；
1994-2002年任中國(guó)生物物理學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)；
1996-2000年任復(fù)旦大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)；
2000年至今為上海生物物理學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)。
研究方向
主要研究方向 (1)紅細(xì)胞膜上帶3蛋白和葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)特性，生物膜上蛋白質(zhì)相互作用對(duì)物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的調(diào)控； (2) 生物膜上離子通道特性，特別是機(jī)械敏感性離子通道功能的調(diào)控機(jī)理； (3) 膜蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)，目前主要研究帶3蛋白胞質(zhì)段與帶4.2間的相互作用； (4) 用蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)技術(shù)研究糖尿病患者紅細(xì)胞膜蛋白質(zhì)組的異常； 5）失神經(jīng)肌肉萎縮的蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)研究。
