施俊琦,浙江大學管理學院求是特聘教授。北京大學心理學系應用心理學專業(yè)博士,從事應用心理學的教學和科研工作。美國心理學會會員,美國人力資源協(xié)會會員,中國心理學會會員。曾任中山大學嶺南(大學)學院管理學教授及博士生導師,北京大學心理學系副教授。

研究領域

管理心理學課題:情緒勞動、職業(yè)壓力、職業(yè)枯竭、領導力及職業(yè)興趣等題目

消費與決策課題:品牌認知、品牌態(tài)度、品牌形象、沖動性購買以及行為經(jīng)濟學中的沉沒成本效應、措辭效應和心理帳戶等課題。
