劇情簡介
瑪麗（凱特·哈德森 Kate Hudson 飾）是個開朗上進的大齡女青年，雖然年輕，但在公司很受高層器重，事業蒸蒸日上，雖然單身，但有許多好朋友，非常享受生活。但是不幸依舊降下，她被診斷患了癌癥，更不可思議的是，伴隨著厄運降臨的還有愛情，她和主治醫師、靦腆的西班牙裔小伙兒朱利安（蓋爾·加西亞·貝納爾 Gael García Bernal 飾）產生了感覺。開朗的性格讓她笑對病痛，但難免會抑郁、絕望、詛咒命運的不公，一個又一個情緒期里面，對愛情的渴望和抗拒又同時存在。

??情節有點俗套：身患絕癥的女主在最后得到愛情，緩和家庭矛盾，解除朋友誤解，圓滿升天的故事。看得是演員，凱特在《glee》扮演氣場強大的老師太耀眼了，就找來她的片子瞧瞧。看著看著倒是男主的表演讓人眼前一亮。看海報覺得他的長相適合男二號那種，還得是反派的二號。醫生的木訥、呆板，愛上女主后的羞澀、內斂，一切的轉變演繹得十分自然。看演員介紹才知道他佳品多多，得獎不少。人真是不可貌相。
