童金茍

童金茍,男,1961年9月27日出生,中山大學學士(1982),中科院水生所碩士(1990),香港中文大學博士(1998)。現任中科院水生生物研究所魚類細胞遺傳與種群遺傳學科組責任研究員,已發表40余篇研究論文。

1978-1982:中山大學生物系本科畢業,理學學士。

1987-1990:中科院水生所研究生畢業,理學碩士。

1995-1998:香港中文大學生物系研究生畢業,哲學博士

工作經歷

1982-1985:中國農科院上海獸醫研究所從事家畜弓形體病免疫生化研究(實習研究員)。

1985-:中科院水生生物研究所從事魚類分子遺傳與遺傳育種研究,包括細胞工程育種魚類的分子遺傳分析,經濟魚類天然種群的遺傳分析,魚類實驗動物的基因組和遺傳特性分析(助理研究員、副研究員、研究員)。

1993年7月-1994年1月:澳大利亞海洋研究所(AMS)、皇家墨爾本理工學院皇家墨爾本理工大學)從事海洋生物生化遺傳研究(公派訪問學者)。

1999年4月-2000年3月:香港中文大學生物系從事海洋生物分子生物學研究(博士后合作研究)。

社會兼職

兼任中國水產學會水產生物技術專業委員會委員,湖北省生物工程學會理事,以及多個省市和國家級科研和學位單位的評審專家或特約專家。

科研成果

童金茍長期以等魚類為主要對象開展多個層面研究,獲得了一批優良的遺傳資源和基因組資源,填補了我國“四大家魚”的一些研究空白,建立了相關的育種技術,為實現鳙等大型鯉科魚類的遺傳改良奠定了堅實基礎。相關研究成果多次在魚類遺傳和基因組學方面的國際性學術研討會上報告。承擔并完成多項國家級課題;發表SCI收錄論文50余篇,獲授權發明專利1項,申請發明專利2項。
