宋國(guó)峰,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,中國(guó)科學(xué)院半導(dǎo)體研究所納米光電子實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任。

人物簡(jiǎn)介

宋國(guó)峰,1987年北京理工大學(xué)光電工程系畢業(yè)獲工學(xué)學(xué)士; 1992年中國(guó)科學(xué)院北京天文臺(tái)獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位; 2000年北京理工大學(xué)光電工程系獲光學(xué)工程專業(yè)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位; 2001年中國(guó)科學(xué)院國(guó)家天文臺(tái)獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。

1992至2001年在國(guó)家(北京)天文臺(tái)主要從事光學(xué)及光譜分析儀器研制,物理光學(xué),天體物理技術(shù)的研究工作。先后參加過國(guó)家基金委重大項(xiàng)目太陽磁場(chǎng)速度場(chǎng)和空間太陽望遠(yuǎn)鏡的研究;中國(guó)科學(xué)院重大項(xiàng)目多通道太陽望遠(yuǎn)鏡的研制;中國(guó)科學(xué)院特別支持項(xiàng)目球載太陽望遠(yuǎn)鏡的研制;中國(guó)科學(xué)院重大項(xiàng)目和863-2項(xiàng)目空間太陽望遠(yuǎn)鏡關(guān)鍵技術(shù)攻關(guān)及地面演示系統(tǒng)的研制。擔(dān)任上述項(xiàng)目的總體專家組成員,子課題組組長(zhǎng)。取得了多項(xiàng)研究成果,一九九五年獲科學(xué)院科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng),一九九六年獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng),2000年獲政府特殊津貼。

研究領(lǐng)域

(1)表面等離子激元物理、材料的研究;基于表面激元的新型有源、無源器件的研究;基于表面等離子激元效應(yīng)的光子集成芯片、太陽能電池、生物傳感器件的研究;人工電磁介質(zhì)器件的研究。(2)微納結(jié)構(gòu)加工和檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究包括納米壓印技術(shù)及應(yīng)用,有源探針近場(chǎng)光學(xué)測(cè)試分析技術(shù)等的研究。(3)DFB、F-P腔、VCSEL等大功率半導(dǎo)體激光器的研制包括大功率半導(dǎo)體激光器的制備技術(shù)研究,退化機(jī)理研究,大功率半導(dǎo)體激光器應(yīng)用研究。銻化物激光器的研制。

目前招收上述方向的碩士研究生和博士生(與陳良惠院士聯(lián)合培養(yǎng))。在讀學(xué)生10人(包括聯(lián)合培養(yǎng),2010年派往美國(guó)里海大學(xué)一人,2011年擬派往紐約州立大學(xué),南洋理工大學(xué)等各一人)
