學(xué)士：中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境保護專業(yè)（1993-1997）
博士：中科院昆明植物研究所植物學(xué)專業(yè)（2002-2006）
1997-2002：中國科學(xué)院西雙版納熱帶植物園，研究實習(xí)員。主要從事熱帶森林土壤養(yǎng)分及水分研究；
2006.01—2006.06： Smithsonian Institution National History Museum合作訪問, 主要從事分子實驗。
2007年1月-2008年12月，中國科學(xué)院青藏高原研究所昆明部工作，助理研究員。
2009年1月至今，中國科學(xué)院青藏高原研究所昆明部工作，副研究員。
