田梅，女，漢族，1972年7月出生，畢業于日本國立群馬大學。現任浙江大學醫學院附屬第二醫院影像醫學與核醫學教授、博士生導師，上海國際人類表型組研究院副院長，復旦大學人類表型組研究院教授、執行院長。田梅曾留學、工作在國外多年，擔任過美國德克薩斯大學MD安德森癌癥中心診斷影像部助理教授。回國后，主持承擔國家自然科學基金、973項目、各類省部級科研課題等科研項目，多篇論文刊登在影像醫學與核醫學專業頂級期刊。
2017年2月，田梅獲得第十三屆“中國青年女科學家獎”。2021年2月15日，田梅與張宏受邀在《歐洲核醫學與分子影像雜志》在線發表了題為《透明病理：基于分子影像的病理學》的文章，首次提出“透明病理”新概念。2021年2月，田梅獲得2020年度全國三八紅旗手榮譽稱號。

2011年毅然放棄了國外優厚的工作和生活條件回國工作，繼續從事影像醫學與核醫學分子影像的疾病診斷與治療的臨床與轉化型研究。
2020年12月24日，世界分子影像學會（The World Molecular Imaging Society, WMIS）正式宣布浙江大學田梅教授當選世界分子影像學會主席，任期從2021年下半年開始。

1、基于分子影像的精準診斷與新型治療方法（包括干細胞、T細胞治療，靶向治療等），多模式（PET/CT/MRI/光學等）影像介導的精準診治一體化基礎研究與臨床應用。
2、基于分子影像的人類重大疾病（神經與精神疾病、心肌梗死、惡性腫瘤等）臨床診斷與治療方案設計、療效精準評估與預后監測。
3、基于腦機融合、影像組學、大數據、人工智能等的新型分子影像的精準臨床診治。
4、分子誘導發光（AIE）的生物醫學影像基礎與轉化研究。
