杜鵬,北京大學生命科學學院和北京大學清華大學生命科學聯合中心研究員,博士。長期致力于核糖核酸生物學與干細胞生物學的研究,尤其在鑒定未知RNA調控通路及其在胚胎干細胞和早期胚胎發育中的功能方面取得了顯著成果。在Cell,Cell stem Cell, Molecular Cell, PNAS,PLoS Pathogen等國際學術期刊上發表多篇論文。

研究領域
研究集中在核糖核酸生物學與干細胞生物學。綜合運用傳統的生物化學,分子生物學,結合高通量測序,基因組學,生物信息學等手段來分析和鑒定未知的RNA調控通路,研究相關RNA調控通路在胚胎干細胞的分化命運決定和早期胚胎發育中的功能。致力于在動物細胞中重組植物或微生物中特異的RNA調控通路,并分析其潛在的對于基礎科學研究和轉化醫學研究中的價值。
主要研究課題:
鑒定未知的RNA調控元件及分析其對應的調控機制。
研究RNA調控如何決定胚胎干細胞全能性及多能性狀態的轉化及分化命運。
哺乳動物細胞中植物或微生物核糖核酸調控通路的重建及其潛在應用。
