馬建國，天津大學電子信息工程學院院長、教授、博士生導師，四川省重點學科控制理論控制工程和四川省高校重點實驗室數字技術的主要奠基人。
人物簡介
近年來，由馬建國領銜承擔了國家863計劃等科研項目十余項，申報國家發明專利8項，其中有兩項獲四川省科技進步獎，曾被授予四川省教學名師、四川省優秀科技工作者等稱號。新加坡南陽理工大學博士生導師。2015年當選IEEE院士（IEEE Fellow）.
