趙鳳起( Feng-Qi Zhao)，博士，研究員?，F(xiàn)任西安近代化學研究所（204所）燃燒重點實驗室主任，是我國著名含能材料專家。204所火炸藥技術創(chuàng)新團隊榮獲國防科工委第一批國防科技創(chuàng)新團隊名單。自2003年起，他榮獲集團公司級科技帶頭人、火炸藥燃燒國防科技重點實驗室主任，火炸藥技術創(chuàng)新團隊帶頭人等稱號。

趙鳳起，我國著名含能材料專家、兵器集團科技帶頭人、火炸藥技術創(chuàng)新團隊帶頭人。帶領204所火炸藥技術創(chuàng)新團隊入選國防科工委第一批國防科技創(chuàng)新團隊名單。
同時，他還兼任中國人民解放軍總裝備部科學技術委員會委員、總裝備部火炸藥技術專業(yè)組組長、總裝備部國防科技圖書出版基金第五屆評審委員會委員、國防科工委彈藥系統(tǒng)標準化技術委員會委員、中國兵工學會高級會員、陜西省復合材料學會第二、三屆理事會常務理事等職；
