陳延峰,男,博士,南京大學教授,國家杰出青年基金獲得者,現為南京大學固體微結構物理國家重點實驗室主任,國家973計劃項目首席科學家,中國科學院院士。
陳延峰的研究領域為材料物理與化學,研究方向是人工結構帶隙材料、薄膜多層膜聲學超晶格和鐵電/介電薄膜的設計、制備、表征和光電性能。開設課程是材料物理。
2025年11月,陳延峰當選中國科學院院士。
人物經歷
陳延峰于1980年考入西北工業大學材料科學與工程系鑄造專業學習,1984年繼續在該專業攻讀碩士學位,并于1987年獲得碩士學位。同年開始師從周堯和教授攻讀工學博士學位,并于1990年獲得博士學位。
陳延峰于1990年開始在南京大學固體微結構國家重點實驗室進行博士后研究工作,博士后工作期間的指導教授為南京大學物理學院教授,中國科學院院士閔乃本先生。他曾赴麻省理工學院(MIT)任訪問教授。2000年-2001年在MIT做訪問學者。現為南京大學教授,博士生導師,長江學者特聘教授,材料科學與工程系系主任。
在國際核心期刊(SCI)上發表論文90多篇,其中Science1篇,PRL2篇,APL和PRB20多篇。獲中國發明專利4項。1997年度入選教育部《香港跨世紀國際教育集團優秀人材培養計劃》,2002年獲國家杰出青年基金資助。2005年被聘為長江學者特聘教授,2005年度入選教育部創新團隊發展計劃。
2025年11月21日,2025年兩院院士增選結果揭曉,陳延峰當選中國科學院院士。

主要成就
科研成就
1. 通過設計/剪裁聲子晶體的能帶,研制出超越傳統聲學材料的新型聲功能材料和原型器件。發現了聲波的負折射和雙負折射效應,研制出平板聚焦的聲超透鏡原型器件,實現了超越衍射極限的聲聚焦;提出了聲單向傳播的“波矢躍遷”新原理,發展出一種寬帶、無閾值的新型聲二極管原型器件;發現了聲表面倏逝波其亞波長增強效應,為利用1/10波長乃至更小結構解決長期困擾聲學領域的低頻吸聲難題提供了新原理。
2. 率先研制出聲拓撲絕緣體,并將其推廣到固體、表面波和三維材料體系,開拓了聲拓撲材料研究的新方向。基于玻色子人工對稱性調控,在通常認為不可能的經典波系統中首次構建了聲 1/2 贗自旋和類費米子時間反演對稱性,研制成功聲拓撲絕緣體并觀測到聲量子自旋霍爾效應;進一步發展出基于彈性波、壓電聲表面的聲拓撲材料和原型器件,包括全固態單向拓撲波導、分路器和諧振器,并在鈮酸鋰晶體表面制備出單片集成的聲延遲線。
3. 基于新原理,發展出新一代聲學材料,在國產大型運輸機、下一代高鐵等重大工程中得到驗證和應用。通過亞波長、能帶、拓撲能帶和二極管效應大幅度減小材料尺寸和重量;通過多尺寸單元的耦合實現寬帶吸聲;發展出人工智能算法的逆向設計理論,解決了工程化面臨的材料加工成本控制問題,研制出具有顛覆性性能的低頻寬帶、輕薄強韌的新型聲學材料。
a、面向國產大飛機客艙降噪需求,開發出滿足適航標準的超薄、輕量化吸聲材料,被中國商飛確定為國產大飛機形成非對稱競爭優勢的重大技術;
b、參與下一代高速動車組CR450型號工程,填補高速列車客室裝飾材料低頻降噪性能的空白,實現聲學超構材料在時速400km級動車組的工程化應用;
c、針對變電設備噪聲頻譜特性定制低頻選頻吸聲學超材料,實現了聲學超材料在1000kV特高壓變電裝備降噪工程中的“首臺套”應用;
d、應用于集成電路產線,解決低頻噪聲干擾光刻工藝難題,確保國產首臺套設備交付;
e、應用于能源方面,解決了煤層氣發電站降噪擾民難題,助力綠碳經濟發展。
4. 面向高精度聲學測量需求,自主發展出10Hz到1GHz的全頻段聲振測量儀器和裝備,并應用于重大工程中。打破了國外技術封鎖,研制出超過現有MEMS傳聲器的低頻寬帶聲向量探測器(信噪比達80dB@1kHz),并基于此開發出聲矢量探測陣列和聲學相機;研制出國內首套超高頻(>1GHz)、高精度(<0.3pm)激光測振儀,開發出非接觸式、高分辨率(最高<3nm)激光超聲無損檢測商用裝備,通過了**一級計量站計量和ISO9001認證。
a、所研制的空氣聲矢量探測器,打破了國外技術封鎖,被成功應用于航空發動機故障聲定位、低空飛行目標跟蹤等重要應用;
b、創新研制了耐高水壓、低頻寬帶向量水聲傳感器,突破了現有水聽器/聲吶的深海探測深度和低頻極限,并已開展水下聲定位試驗;
c、所研制的全自動激光超聲巡檢裝置,被用于大型航天器艙體的無損檢測工程,極端條件下發動機葉片、深海潛航器等的原位監測;
d、相關設備為解決集成電路工藝在線監測高端裝備和宇航芯片先進封裝可靠性評估等“卡脖子”難題提供關鍵技術。
陳延峰牽頭制定了首個微結構聲學材料團體標準《聲學超構材料術語》(T/CSPSTC 61-2020)。
