段寧，1949年7月20日出生于四川成都，清潔生產專家，中國工程院院士，同濟大學教授，中國環境科學研究院研究員、博士生導師。1975年段寧畢業于同濟大學環境工程專業；1981年獲得清華大學環境工程專業碩士學位；1988年獲得德克薩斯州立大學奧斯汀分校土木工程系博士學位；1995年擔任中國環境科學研究院副院長；2010年擔任中國環境科學研究院典型金屬濕法電解過程清潔生產工程技術中心主任；2011年當選為中國工程院院士；2013年受聘為同濟大學教授，擔任同濟大學清潔生產研究所所長；2015年受聘清華大學雙聘教授。段寧主要研究領域為清潔生產的支撐技術、基礎數據獲取技術和工程技術。
人物經歷
1972年4月，段寧從四川省成都市石室中學畢業，進入同濟大學排水管及暖通工程系學習。
1975年8月，本科畢業，獲得學士；9月進入原國家建設委員會，擔任普通干部（至1978年8月）。
1978年9月，進入清華大學環境工程專業，進行碩士研究生學習。
1981年7月，獲得碩士學位；8月，進入中國環境科學研究院工作（至1983年3月）。
1983年4月，前往特拉華大學進修。
1984年9月，進入美國德克薩斯州立大學奧斯汀分校，攻讀土木工程博士學位。
1988年7月，獲得博士學位；8月，回國后繼續在中國環境科學研究院工作，擔任副所長、所長（1988年8月至1995年8月）。
1995年8月，擔任中國環境科學研究院副院長（至2010年3月）。
2010年3月，擔任中國環境科學研究院典型金屬濕法電解過程清潔生產工程技術中心主任。
2011年，當選為中國工程院院士，隸屬于環境與輕紡工程學部（環境區域污染控制技術）。
2013年3月，被選聘為北京理工大學環境工程博士生導師；10月受聘為同濟大學教授，擔任同濟大學清潔生產研究所所長。
2015年1月4日，段寧受聘清華大學雙聘教授。
