夏佳文,1964年7月出生于重慶涪陵,是中國工程院院士,重離子加速器物理及技術(shù)專家,中國科學(xué)院近代物理研究所副所長,博士生導(dǎo)師。他在1987年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)現(xiàn)代物理系原子核物理專業(yè),獲得學(xué)士;1990年獲得中國科學(xué)院近代物理研究所加速器物理及技術(shù)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位;1993年獲得中國科學(xué)院高能物理研究所加速器物理及技術(shù)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。夏佳文曾在1995年至1996年間在日本理化學(xué)研究所任訪問學(xué)者、副研究員。他在1997年至2008年擔(dān)任國家“九五”重大科學(xué)工程“蘭州重離子加速器冷卻儲(chǔ)存環(huán)”HIRFL-CSR總工程師,并在2003年獲得國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金資助。2008年至2010年,他擔(dān)任中國科學(xué)院近代物理研究所國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任、研究員,2010年起擔(dān)任中國科學(xué)院近代物理研究所副所長。2013年,夏佳文當(dāng)選為中國工程院院士。他主要從事加速器物理及工程工作,曾任中國粒子加速器學(xué)會(huì)理事長,廣東省核學(xué)會(huì)理事長,以及國家“九五”重大科學(xué)工程“蘭州重離子加速器冷卻儲(chǔ)存環(huán)”及首臺(tái)國產(chǎn)重離子腫瘤治療裝置總工程師。2015年,夏佳文受聘為西安電子科技大學(xué)雙聘院士。

人物經(jīng)歷

1964年7月17日出生于重慶市涪陵區(qū)

1983年9月-1987年6月蘭州大學(xué)現(xiàn)代物理系,原子核物理專業(yè),獲學(xué)士;?

1990年 獲中國科學(xué)院近代物理研究所加速器物理及技術(shù)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位;

1993年 獲中科院高能物理研究所加速器物理及技術(shù)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。

1990年至今,在中科院近物所從事加速器物理及工程工作。其中,曾先后赴日本RIKEN、德國GSI、美國BNL進(jìn)行合作研究。

1998年 入選中科院百人計(jì)劃;

1998年 任國家重大科學(xué)工程“蘭州重離子加速器冷卻儲(chǔ)存環(huán)HIRFL-CSR”的總工程師兼CSR總體室主任。

1999年 獲國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼;

2002年 被評(píng)為中科院百人計(jì)劃優(yōu)秀入選者;

2003年 獲國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金,國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目及科學(xué)院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新工程重要方向項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。

2013年12月 當(dāng)選中國工程院院士。

主要成就

研究領(lǐng)域

相空間非線性傳輸理論的建立

1990年至1993年間,提出了新的非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)相空間非線性傳輸理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了普遍的相空間非線性傳輸理論數(shù)學(xué)模型。此理論實(shí)現(xiàn)了非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)相空間運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程任意階解的逆變換,獲得了函數(shù)關(guān)系X(t0)=X0(Xt,t),從而在理論上實(shí)現(xiàn)了非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)相空間的非線性傳輸。

日本RIKEN RIB-Factory的研究工作

1994年及1996年,先后兩次帶領(lǐng)一個(gè)研究小組赴日本理化所RIKEN,完成了“RIKEN 剛性充氣船 Factory工程”的重離子對(duì)撞機(jī)DSR及其累積環(huán)ACR的概念性設(shè)計(jì)、初步的磁聚焦結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);并完成了ACR的總體優(yōu)化和初步動(dòng)力學(xué)模擬。

提出了蘭州冷卻環(huán)(CSR)概念并完成了其概念性設(shè)計(jì)及總體設(shè)計(jì)

1992年在魏寶文院士的倡導(dǎo)下,提出了在現(xiàn)有的蘭州重離子加速器HIRFL基礎(chǔ)之上,實(shí)施重離子冷卻儲(chǔ)存環(huán)CSR的科學(xué)工程計(jì)劃。在經(jīng)帶領(lǐng)的研究小組幾年的努力下,于1997年完成了重離子冷卻儲(chǔ)存環(huán)的基礎(chǔ)理論研究,并完成了相應(yīng)的總體方案及工程慨念性設(shè)計(jì)。CSR總體設(shè)計(jì)是將放射性核束的產(chǎn)生與加速同高品質(zhì)重離子束技術(shù)相結(jié)合,內(nèi)外靶實(shí)驗(yàn)兼顧,并且雙環(huán)耦合形成準(zhǔn)連續(xù)束進(jìn)行高分辨實(shí)驗(yàn)。

建立了CSR磁聚焦結(jié)構(gòu)與公差系統(tǒng)并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)束流動(dòng)力學(xué)研究。

協(xié)調(diào)CSR各系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)及其相應(yīng)的工程建設(shè)

主持HIRFL-CSR的總體束流調(diào)試,目前CSR已經(jīng)通過了中國科學(xué)院組織的三次同行專家組測試,并且也得到了美國、德國日本瑞典俄羅斯同行們的認(rèn)同。

榮獲由日本加速器科學(xué)基金會(huì)(Foundation of Accelerator Sciences,F(xiàn)AS)頒發(fā)的2007年西川獎(jiǎng)(Nishikawa Prize)2009年獲得何梁何利“科學(xué)與技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)”。先后在國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文100余篇。

教育思想

夏佳文認(rèn)為:“成功不在于你的位置,而在于你工作的態(tài)度”,一個(gè)人不一定要在多么重要的崗位上做出多么轟動(dòng)的事情,但一定要做好本職工作,掌握所需的能力,成為業(yè)務(wù)的專家。無論是讀書學(xué)習(xí),還是研究問題,都需要能夠坐得下來,能夠腳踏實(shí)地,有目標(biāo)、有決心地去完成。
