阮小娥，女，西安交通大學博士生導師，主要研究領域，迭代學習控制智能控制，大系統遞階穩態優化控制。
個人簡介
1.1992年9月－1995年7月，陜西師范大學數學系純粹數學教育專業常微分方程方向碩士研究生，1995年7月碩士畢業，獲理學碩士學位。
2.1995年7月－至今，西安交通大學理學院數學學科工科數學教學實驗中心任教，1996年10月晉升為講師，2002年8月晉升為副教授，2008年8月晉升為教授，2010年6月晉升為博士生導師。
3.1998年9月－2002年4月，西安交通大學電子與信息工程學院系統工程研究所博士研究生，2002年4月博士畢業，獲控制科學與工程專業系統工程方向工學博士學位。
4.2003年3月1日－2004年8月31日，韓國科學技術院電子工程與計算機科學系博士后研究人員。
5.2009年9月1日－2010年8月31日，韓國蔚山國立科技大學電子與計算機工程系訪問學者。
