男，1972年出生，博士。1992年于山東大學生物學系并獲得學士，1995年和1998年分別于中國科學院動物研究所和中國科學院生態環境研究中心獲得碩士、博士學位1998-2000年和2000-2002年分別在北京師范大學和復旦大學從事博士后研究。2002年至今任復旦大學生命科學學院副教授。2010年認定為博士生導師。
主要研究方向
鳥類生態學 (Avian ecology)。主要研究鳥類的遷徙停歇生態 (stopover ecology)、棲息地生態 (habitat ecology) 以及環境變化對鳥類的影響 (environmental change biology)。
獲獎情況
鄭作新鳥類青年研究獎(2008) (Cheng Tso-Hsin Young Ornithologist Prize)，上海市教學成果一等獎(2009，排名第3) (Shanghai Educational Achievements Award, 1st Prize)，上海市科技進步二等獎(2006，排名第2) (Shanghai Science and Technology Advancement Award, 2nd Prize), UNESCO Yong Scientist Award (2002).
