陳翰馥(1937年2月10日-),原籍紹興市,生于浙江杭州,自動(dòng)控制理論專(zhuān)家,中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士。他是數(shù)學(xué)家陳建功的兒子。1961年畢業(yè)于蘇聯(lián)列寧格勒大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)力學(xué)系。1962年加入中科院數(shù)學(xué)所新成立的控制理論研究室,成為首批成員。1994年,陳翰馥擔(dān)任中科院系統(tǒng)控制開(kāi)放實(shí)驗(yàn)室首任主任,現(xiàn)任中科院數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究院 system science研究所研究員。 陳翰馥的研究領(lǐng)域包括隨機(jī)系統(tǒng)的辨識(shí)、適應(yīng)控制、參數(shù)及狀態(tài)估計(jì)、隨機(jī)逼近和優(yōu)化,以及其對(duì)系統(tǒng)控制、信號(hào)處理等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。在60至70年代,他研究隨機(jī)系統(tǒng)的能觀性、不依賴(lài)初值的狀態(tài)估計(jì),并給出最優(yōu)隨機(jī)奇異控制。80年代起,他開(kāi)始研究系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)、適應(yīng)控制和隨機(jī)逼近。后來(lái),他開(kāi)始研究非線(xiàn)性系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)及有關(guān)問(wèn)題,并給出強(qiáng)一致遞推辨識(shí)算法。陳翰馥還發(fā)現(xiàn)了辨識(shí)算法收斂性條件,被稱(chēng)為“陳氏條件”。他與合作者給出了同時(shí)使控制和估計(jì)最優(yōu)的嚴(yán)格證明,被國(guó)際控制界視為重大貢獻(xiàn)。

1948年,考入浙江紹興縣立中學(xué),后入浙江省立紹興中學(xué)。
1954年,被保送到留蘇預(yù)備班。
1961年,畢業(yè)于蘇聯(lián)列寧格勒大學(xué)(現(xiàn)俄羅斯圣彼得堡國(guó)立大學(xué))數(shù)學(xué)力學(xué)系。
工作經(jīng)歷
1962年,跟隨關(guān)肇直先生成立了控制理論室,成為中科院數(shù)學(xué)所新成立的控制理論研究室的首批成員。
1978年,參加了在赫爾辛基舉行的第七屆ifac(國(guó)際自動(dòng)控制聯(lián)合會(huì))世界大會(huì),并作了專(zhuān)題報(bào)告。這是中國(guó)自1964年以后第一次派代表團(tuán)出席ifac世界大會(huì)。
1993年,當(dāng)選為中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士。
1994年底,經(jīng)中科院批準(zhǔn)成立了系統(tǒng)控制開(kāi)放研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室,陳翰馥任實(shí)驗(yàn)室首任主任。
1996年,當(dāng)選為IEEE Fellow。
2003年1月23日,當(dāng)選國(guó)際自動(dòng)控制聯(lián)合會(huì)執(zhí)委。
2005年,當(dāng)選為第三世界科學(xué)院院士。
2006年,當(dāng)選為IFAC Fellow。
2013年6月,受聘為陳建功高等研究院的學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)主任。
主要成就
科研成就
60-70年代研究隨機(jī)系統(tǒng)的能觀性、不用初值的狀態(tài)估計(jì),給出最優(yōu)隨機(jī)奇異控制。80年代起研究系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)、適應(yīng)控制和隨機(jī)逼近。在辨識(shí)方面,給出常用辨識(shí)算法的收斂速度、估出閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)。在適應(yīng)控制方面,用擾動(dòng)方法,使參數(shù)估計(jì)趨于真值,同時(shí)使性能指標(biāo)接近或達(dá)到最優(yōu)。在隨機(jī)逼近方面,提出變界截尾算法,引進(jìn)確定性的直接分析方法,去掉了對(duì)回歸函數(shù)的限制性條件,對(duì)噪聲要求降到最低,使隨機(jī)逼近應(yīng)用范圍大為拓廣,成功地用到隨機(jī)適應(yīng)鎮(zhèn)定控制、大范圍優(yōu)化、離散事件動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)等領(lǐng)域。
“文革”結(jié)束后的1978年,在芬蘭召開(kāi)的第七屆國(guó)際自動(dòng)控制聯(lián)合會(huì)(IFAC)世界大會(huì)上,陳翰馥作了“關(guān)于隨機(jī)能觀性與能控性”的報(bào)告,這是該次大會(huì)錄取的唯一一篇來(lái)自中國(guó)大陸的論文。
改革開(kāi)放后,他關(guān)于同時(shí)使控制和估計(jì)最優(yōu)的論文,被中國(guó)國(guó)外同行專(zhuān)家稱(chēng)為1984~1986年間適應(yīng)控制領(lǐng)域的“最重要的論文”之一,他得到的辨識(shí)算法的收斂條件,被中國(guó)國(guó)外專(zhuān)著稱(chēng)為“陳氏條件”。
他與合作者給出的自校正跟蹤器收斂性和最優(yōu)性的嚴(yán)格證明,被國(guó)際控制界稱(chēng)為重大貢獻(xiàn)。
據(jù)2016年8月中國(guó)科學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究院官網(wǎng)信息顯示,近十多年來(lái),陳翰馥研究非線(xiàn)性系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)及有關(guān)問(wèn)題,給出強(qiáng)一致的遞推辨識(shí)算法,發(fā)表期刊論文近200篇,專(zhuān)著7本,其中“陳翰馥:隨機(jī)系統(tǒng)的遞推估計(jì)與控制(Wiley, 1985)”、“陳翰馥、郭雷:辨識(shí)和隨機(jī)適應(yīng)控制(Birkhauser, 1991)” 及“陳翰馥:隨機(jī)逼近及其應(yīng)用(Kluwer, 2002)”在美國(guó)及荷蘭出版, 而其余4本在中國(guó)出版;獲全國(guó)科學(xué)大會(huì)獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),國(guó)防科委獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng),國(guó)防工辦獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),1999年獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng),1987年及1997年兩次獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)三等獎(jiǎng)。

??《陳翰馥獎(jiǎng)》
2014年,為了獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)在控制科學(xué)和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域取得突出成績(jī)的杰出學(xué)者,激勵(lì)原始創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)中國(guó)控制科學(xué)和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的發(fā)展,設(shè)立了《陳翰馥獎(jiǎng)》。
該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)每年頒發(fā)一屆,原則上每屆獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)不超過(guò)1名。獎(jiǎng)金金額為人民幣6萬(wàn)元整。該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)候選人應(yīng)至少符合以下條件之一:在控制科學(xué)和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域取得重大理論突破或做出原創(chuàng)性研究成果;在控制科學(xué)和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域取得重大技術(shù)發(fā)明或技術(shù)突破;在中國(guó)的控制科學(xué)和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)教育領(lǐng)域做出突出貢獻(xiàn)。
該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)基金主要來(lái)自個(gè)人和單位捐助,由陳翰馥獎(jiǎng)基金委員會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)籌集和管理。頒獎(jiǎng)儀式在當(dāng)年中國(guó)控制會(huì)議閉幕式上舉行。
