葛茂發，中國科學院化學研究所研究員，博士生導師，國家杰出青年基金獲得者，中國科學院百人計劃入選者。他在吉林大學獲得工學學士和化學系理學博士學位。20000年6月，成為中國科學院化學研究所副研究員。2022年1月，入選“中國化學會第七屆（2021-2023年度）青年人才托舉工程遴選專家”名單。
