We are the largest nonalcoholic bottler in the world, and our total volume represents 18 percent of The Coca-Cola Company’s total global volume. We also distribute dr pepper and other notable brands.
Coca-Cola Enterprises is the world's largest marketer, producer and distributor of Coca-Cola products. We operate in 46 U.S. states and Canada, and are the exclusive Coca-Cola bottler for all of Belgium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands. Our sales represent 18 percent of The Coca-Cola Company's worldwide volume.
The company is the world’s largest bottler of Coca-Cola products, including Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Dasani, Fanta, vitaminwater, smartwater and fuze. In some areas, the company also distributes beverages made by other companies, including Dr Pepper, Campbell's V8 beverages and Rockstar 能量 Drink.
The company was founded in 1986 with the purpose of consolidating the many independent bottling groups in the Coca-Cola System. Previously independent businesses in small geographic areas, generally a central city or town and its hinterland, bottled Coca-Cola products and distributed these to stores. The Coca-Cola Company began to buy up these bottlers in 1980 and then spun this function off to anchor bottlers in various parts of the world.
Today the company is 36% owned by the Coca-Cola Company, while the remaining interest is floated on the stock market. Coca-Cola Enterprises is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia but is separate from The Coca-Cola Company.
In 2007, the company distributed more than 2 billion physical cases products. A physical case is 192 ounces, or 24 standard servings. This represents about 18% of the total Coca-Cola production of Coca-Cola worldwide.
Globally, the company operates 440 facilities, 55,000 vehicles, and 2.4 million coolers, vending machines, and beverage dispensers.
Some production facilities are located in Canada (Brampton, Ontario), The Netherlands (Dongen), Belgium (Antwerp, Ghent and Chaudfontaine (mineral water only)), France (Socx, Grigny, Clamart, Les Pennes-Mirabeau and castanet-Tolosan), and the UK (Wakefield, Sidcup, Milton Keynes, edmonton, East Kilbride and Colwall).
Similar anchor bottlers are the south Pacific 面積's Coca-Cola Amatil, eastern Europe's Coca-Cola Hellenic, and Latin America's Coca-Cola FEMSA.

Coca-Cola Enterprises' extensive brand portfolio exceeds 200 products and includes the best, most popular beverage brands in the world, as well as exciting new innovations introduced regularly. Along with Coca-Cola — The Coca-Cola Company’s flagship product that is recognized as the world’s most valuable brand — CCE produces and bottles five of North America's top 10 soft drink brands. In addition, our portfolio encompasses a broad range of regular and zero calorie beverage categories including 能量 drinks, still and sparkling waters, juices, sports drinks, fruit drinks, 咖啡based beverages and teas.
We continually enhance this portfolio with innovative brand extensions and new products. For Example, in 2007 we expanded our still portfolio by beginning distribution of glaceau brands smartwater, vitaminwater, and vitamin 能量, as well as FUZE and Campbell V8 products in key channels. In Europe, we expanded our successful launch of Coca-Cola Zero, a new zero calorie cola product with a taste profile very similar to regular Coca-Cola, to each of our territories.

Coca-Cola Enterprises is the world's largest marketer, producer and distributor of products of The Coca-Cola Company (www.thecoca-colacompany.com). The company also distributes Dr Pepper and several other beverage brands in Selected territories. We are an independent, public company traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock symbol CCE.
The Coca-Cola Company develops products, produces related marketing and advertising programs, and sells syrup concentrate to Coca-Cola Enterprises and other bottlers.
As a bottler, we combine the product concentrate with other ingredients to manufacture and package our beverages.
Coca-Cola Enterprises then uses its extensive sales and delivery force to market and distribute products to retail customers and consumers. The Coca-Cola Company owns approximately 35 percent of Coca-Cola Enterprises stock.

目前，可口可樂系統在中國生產的產品有：可口可樂、健怡可口可樂、雪碧、芬達、陽光系列、飛雪礦物質水、“天與地”系列果汁、茶飲料系列、“醒目”果味汽水、及皇庭系列調酒飲料等。其中與中國輕工總局所屬機構共同開發的中國品牌“天與地”果汁、茶系列和“醒目”汽水的開發，進一步促進了國內飲料品種與質量達到國際水平，市場更趨完善。
作為一個有著百余年發展歷史的老牌企業，可口可樂深明人才培養對社會發展的影響。因而本著一貫的“回饋社會”、“服務社會”的企業文化精神，積極贊助了許多推動教育、扶貧助學的項目。其中以對中國“希望工程”的捐助最為顯著，影響也最為深遠，捐資已近一千五百萬元人民幣。可口可樂及其裝瓶廠將在全國各地興建50所希望小學，并為貧困地區的100所農村小學各捐贈了一套希望書庫。可口可樂希望小學和希望書庫的建立，圓了許多貧困地區孩子上學受教育的夢。現時落成啟用的可口可樂希望小學已有40所，其余學校將于1999年初全部竣工。
