曹壘，女，博士，中國科學技術大學教授，博士生導師。近年來在長江中下游濕地和南海從事水鳥和濕地生態學及生物多樣性等領域的研究，相關工作已發表系列論文和專著二十余篇（部），包括發表在Nature和Biological Conservation 等期刊論文。研究組與升金湖國家級自然保護區共建了研究基地，建立了廣泛的國際合作研究團隊。近年來赴瑞典、丹麥、荷蘭、英國、美國、俄羅斯、韓國和香港地區等進行學術交流，并應邀作邀請報告。2006年獲第七屆“鄭作新鳥類科學青年獎”，2008年獲甘肅省自然科學三等獎（排名第二），2009年獲我校“杰出研究校長獎”，2011年獲“安徽省國際勞動節巾幗標兵”和“安徽省五一勞動獎章”光榮稱號，2012年，獲得“全國五一勞動獎章”。中國動物學會鳥類學分會第十屆理事會理事，世界自然保護聯盟/濕地國際雁類專家組成員，太平洋海鳥工作組成員。
