季飛，女，1970年11月出生，中共黨員，博士，教授，博士生導師。華南理工大學電子與信息學院教授，主要從無線通信與網絡研究。于1992年畢業于西北工業大學航海工程系，獲學士，分別于1995年和1998年畢業于華南理工大學電信學院，取得工學碩士和工學博士學位。2001年赴香港城市大學合作研究1年零3個月，2009年作為訪問學者赴滑鐵盧大學(University of Waterloo) 訪問進修1年。一直從事電子信息領域的研究開發工作。研究興趣包括：無線通信系統與網絡、水聲通信與水下傳感器網絡、水聲探測等。
