單足龍（學名：Elmisaurus），又名Elmisaurus（意為“足底蜥蜴”），是生活在白堊紀晚期的蒙古Nemegt Formation的肉食性恐龍。它們屬于蜥臀目，是竊蛋龍下目恐龍的一屬。單足龍僅留下腳掌和手掌的化石。
