Sanxin Bilingual School Affiliated to Zhongshan Memorial
Middle School, Guangdong 一級行政區(qū) (SBS for short), which was co-established in 2001 by Sanxin Trade Co. Ltd conserving a rich economic strength and Zhongshan Memorial Middle School, the only province-level key middle school in Zhongshan, which has been a success in teaching and research, is a characteristic non-government funded boarding school, with the aim to train bilingual talents who will be able to speak 漢語詞類 and English fluently, operate the 計算機 effectively and freely use both hands as well and to meet the needs of China’s WTO entry and economic globalization, which result in the serious lack of bilingual talents.
SBS is conveniently located in Sanxiang Town, Zhongshan City, by National Highway 105, and next to the Hong Kong and Macro SARs. On the picturesque campus stand the Chinese and western combined buildings with green trees closing in and mountains at its background, covering an 面積 of 33.333 hectares and approximately 100,000 square meters of which is developed with a total investment of RMB 200,000,000 yuan. SBS can provide the uninterrupted service for more than 4000 students who are studying in the kindergarten, the primary school, the middle school, or the international school, offe of facilities designed and equipped according to the standard of national demonstrative schools. The students enjoy the teaching elites from different places at home and abroad and benefit from the three-dimensional course system, including a country-level course book, a local course book and a school-compiled course book in order to fully train every student as individuals. The foreign language festival, the sports festival, the science and technology festival, the art festival and the lecture festival are legalized as five major campus culture festivals to build a challenging cultural platform for all the students here to display their overall qualities and personalities. SBS has gained a wide reputation with the teaching achievements since it was founded three years ago, fulfilling the short-term goal in such many aspects as the campus culture, teaching and scientific research, school subject contests, characteristic construction, etc. More than 4100 students enrolled in 101 classes make SBS leap to the biggest private school in Zhongshan with the fastest development speed and greatest economic benefit. Reports of fresh successes keep pouring in that the outstanding teachers and students repeatedly win prefecture-水準(zhǔn)儀and-above prizes particularly in speech, calligraphy and painting contests, etc, and have more than 1000 articles and nearly 40 monographs issued, nine of which are being printed by official publishing houses. 事件
非法占地
2017年6月9日，中山市國土資源局作出行政處罰決定，認(rèn)定中山市紀(jì)中三鑫雙語學(xué)校未經(jīng)依法批準(zhǔn)，于2016年6月始，占用位于“鵝地環(huán)山”地段處面積為4595.3平方米的土地實施建設(shè)。
2018年9月14日，中山市第一人民法院經(jīng)審理查明，中山市紀(jì)中三鑫雙語學(xué)校違反土地管理法規(guī)，非法占用林地等農(nóng)用地，造成林地等農(nóng)用地大量毀壞，依法判決中山市紀(jì)中三鑫雙語學(xué)校犯非法占用農(nóng)用地罪，判處罰金人民幣一百萬元。
違規(guī)招生
2019年5月，中山市桂山君里學(xué)校、紀(jì)中雅居樂凱茵學(xué)校、華南師范大學(xué)中山附屬中學(xué)、紀(jì)中三鑫雙語學(xué)校等4所民辦學(xué)校以“體驗課”綜合評價作為招生的主要依據(jù)，屬于變相的“掐尖”行為，合計參與人數(shù)超過30000人，引發(fā)了廣泛的社會輿論。廣東省教育廳已就此事約談中山市教育和體育局，中山市教育和體育局依據(jù)有關(guān)程序，對上述4所民辦學(xué)校校長進行批評教育，責(zé)成糾正錯誤，深刻檢討；將4所民辦學(xué)校違規(guī)招生情況在全市通報批評。
2020年1月3日，廣東省人民政府教育督導(dǎo)室發(fā)布關(guān)于2019年3起普通中小學(xué)違規(guī)招生問題處理情況的通報。通報顯示，經(jīng)廣東省人民政府教育督導(dǎo)室研究，決定對上述4所學(xué)校違規(guī)招生行為予以全省通報批評，取消2020年度上述4所學(xué)校全省評先評優(yōu)資格。
發(fā)布聲明
2020年6月6日上午，中山市紀(jì)中三鑫雙語學(xué)校在其官方微信發(fā)布聲明稱，該校從未與社會上任何培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)或個人合作。如有培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)或個人以三鑫雙語學(xué)校的名義宣傳招生，純屬欺詐行為，與該校無關(guān)。
