男，1962年11月出生，通遼市人，蒙古族，農學博士，蒙古國自然科學院外籍院士，吉林農業大學菌物研究所常務副所長，教授，博士生導師。兼任中國菌物學會常務理事、副秘書長，魯東大學菌物科學與技術研究院院長，塔里木大學客座教授，吉林省食藥用菌協會副會長，長春市政協委員，民盟吉林省委委員、農業與農村經濟委員會主任，泰山學者，《菌物研究》編委。先后主持完成國家自然科學基金項目4項，國際合作項目3項。2001年被吉林省教育廳評為“吉林省中青年骨干教師”、獲省科技進步二等獎。在核心刊物上發表論文50多篇，出版著作5部（合作）。主要從事北溫帶菌物分類學及生態學方面的研究，尤其在菌物多樣性及其保育研究領域頗具特長。
現任民盟長春市第十四屆委員會副主任委員。
人物履歷
1990年畢業于東北師范大學生物系，獲理學碩士學位。
1995年-1998年，圖力古爾任吉林農業大學講師。1998年9月，圖力古爾晉升為副教授。
1998年獲得農學博士學位。
1998-1999年由國家人事部派遣赴日本訪問研究。
2000年破格晉升教授。
2009年于魯東大學任菌物科學與技術研究院院長。
2016年11月，當選民盟長春市第十四屆委員會副主任委員。
主要成果
圖力古爾主要從事菌物多樣性研究，他提出并完善了大型真菌為代表的菌物物種多樣性編目，種群多樣性及維持機制，群落與環境因素的相關性，瀕危菌物的等級劃分和瀕危機理與解瀕等有關菌物多樣性及其保育理論體系。截至2024年7月11日，據吉林農業大學官網數據顯示，圖力古爾采集真菌標本1.5多萬份，發現中國新記錄真菌120多種，各省、區新記錄300多種，命名2新屬25個新種，為中國菌物多樣性的研究和了解提供基礎資料，部分種類已成功馴化，為食藥用菌資源的開發利用提供依據。
