研究領(lǐng)域本人的學(xué)術(shù)研究圍繞基于仿真的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)性能評價(jià)與優(yōu)化展開，綜合運(yùn)用序優(yōu)化理論、描述復(fù)雜性科學(xué)、基于事件的動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃理論等，解決制造系統(tǒng)、電力系統(tǒng)、建筑系統(tǒng)等實(shí)際系統(tǒng)中的相關(guān)實(shí)際問題。目前研究重點(diǎn)在如下幾個(gè)方面：

增強(qiáng)序列優(yōu)化理論。
具有描述復(fù)雜性約束的大規(guī)模離散事件動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)策略優(yōu)化。
