駱興芳

駱興芳,女,生于新疆,1998年獲南京航空航天大學通信與電子工程系學士。畢業后在新疆航空公司飛機維修工程部做電子工程師3年。與2002年獲取新加坡的研究獎學金赴新加坡南洋理工大學電子電氣工程學院攻讀博士研究生,2006年獲得博士學位。在著名的國際微波期刊和重要的國際會議上發表過多篇研究論文,在用于無線通信中射頻測量和設計等高科技領域進行了十分深入的探討,參加并且主持過復雜的射頻系統的設計,裝校與測試工作,在通信射頻領域有豐富的研發經驗和工作能力。與2007年1月到江西師范大學任教。
