胡章貴 男，1993年6月中國(guó)科技大學(xué)應(yīng)用化學(xué)系無機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。
個(gè)人經(jīng)歷
1993年7月—1996年8月在中國(guó)科技大學(xué)工作。1996年9月—1997年3月任日本新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)綜合開發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)(nedo)大阪大學(xué)最先端技術(shù)領(lǐng)域研究員。1997年4月—1998年3月任大阪大學(xué)工學(xué)部電気工學(xué)研究科外國(guó)人客員研究員。1998年4月—2001年3月大阪大學(xué)工學(xué)部電気工學(xué)研究科攻讀博士學(xué)位, 2001年3月獲大阪大學(xué)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2001年4月—2001年11月任大阪大學(xué)工學(xué)部電気工學(xué)研究科博士后研究員。2001年11月—2004年3月任大阪大學(xué)工學(xué)部電気工學(xué)研究科助理教授。2003年入選中國(guó)科學(xué)院“百人計(jì)劃”，現(xiàn)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院理化技術(shù)研究所研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。

光電功能晶體材料的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，樣品制備，晶體生長(zhǎng)，結(jié)構(gòu)解析，性能測(cè)試等方面的研究。
