何圣兵，1991年9月~1995年7月：于哈爾濱建筑大學攻讀給水排水專業學士；1995年7月~1998年8月：于中國市政工程東北設計研究院從事設計工作；1998年9月~2000年7月：于哈爾濱工業大學攻讀環境工程碩士學位；2000年9月~2003年7月：于哈爾濱工業大學攻讀環境工程博士學位；2003年7月至今：于上海交通大學任教，現職稱研究員。
