于煉，男，漢族，1962年11月11日生，即墨區(qū)人，1978年3月加入中國共產(chǎn)主義青年團(tuán)。2003年6月加入中國致公黨。1983年10月參加工作，曾任全國政協(xié)委員；中國城市建設(shè)控股集團(tuán)總裁；中國城市發(fā)展研究院院長；華本地產(chǎn)俱樂部常務(wù)理事。研究生學(xué)歷，博士學(xué)位、高級工程師。

作為成功的企業(yè)家，管理學(xué)博士，于煉不但自己酷愛霍金的論著，而且還經(jīng)常向朋友們力薦。《時間簡史》、《果殼中的世界》等他一般都已讀過三遍，苦苦探尋男人、女人及生命流傳的規(guī)則；謳歌命運(yùn)和自然的美麗，《詩刊》社編輯部楊志學(xué)主任寫道“于煉是這樣一個詩人：他沒有去著力描摹外界生活的五光十色，更沒有用詩筆去記錄時代的轟鳴巨響。他甚至有意避著年代的痕跡，努力跨越著時代的局限，寫一些雋永的詩篇。”當(dāng)寫詩與經(jīng)營企業(yè)相碰撞的時候，對于于煉絲毫不是矛盾，而是更為令他感動的時刻。

于煉現(xiàn)象
于煉是一種現(xiàn)象，一種我從沒見過的現(xiàn)象。他寫詩始于大學(xué)時代，十幾年前讀他的詩集《回望中滾落的清純》時就曾激動不已，沒想到十幾年后再見，他卻成為中國頗有影響的企業(yè)家，但卻詩心不死，青春依舊，正如自己在詩集《三套車》后記中寫道的一樣：“對你的回憶不管是生銹的沖動，還是沒血的傷口；不管是永遠(yuǎn)的等候，還是青春中的一次季風(fēng)，我都愿意拿起停歇了多年的天藍(lán)色的筆，用天空的顏色對過去進(jìn)行一次過濾。沒有什么理由，只要走進(jìn)老板生涯就可以泯滅純真、背叛浪漫、背叛高雅、而遺忘透明的你；沒有什么借口，只要擁有商旅的匆忙，就可以省略真誠省略往昔而不去想過去的蒼茫……
