學(xué)術(shù)成果
2004年3月在中國科學(xué)院上海技術(shù)物理研究所獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位?導(dǎo)師褚君浩院士。2004年3月至2007年2月分別在美國佐治亞州州立大學(xué)(Georgia State University)和德國海德堡大學(xué)(University of Heidelberg)從事博士后研究工作。2007年4月起任華東師范大學(xué)信息科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院教授?博士生導(dǎo)師?現(xiàn)任電子工程系系主任。在PRB、APL以及JAP等著名期刊上發(fā)表SCI收錄國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物論文80多篇(其中影響因子3.0以上有24篇)?引用近200次?其中他引100多次。出版國際英文學(xué)術(shù)專著章節(jié)2章。2007年入選上海市"浦江人才計劃"?2008年入選教育部"新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃"?2010年入選上海市"曙光學(xué)者計劃"。
