程茹，1979年8月生于江蘇省常州市，博士，2007年6月起在蘇州大學工作，現任蘇州大學副教授，隸屬于蘇州大學材料與化工學部，生物醫用高分子實驗室成員，現已申請中國發明專利2項（已授權）。
