主要貢獻(xiàn)
自1999年參加工作以來,先后主持完成國家科技支撐計(jì)劃、國家863計(jì)劃、國家自然基金、國家社科基金、成果轉(zhuǎn)化基金、霍英東基金、歐盟Asia IT&C、國際合作重點(diǎn)等項(xiàng)目40多項(xiàng)。教授農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)導(dǎo)論,農(nóng)業(yè)信息學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與信息系統(tǒng)新進(jìn)展及seminar等課程。自2003年以來培養(yǎng)博士研究生22名,碩士研究生60余名。第一發(fā)明人獲授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利27項(xiàng),制定國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4項(xiàng),行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)7項(xiàng),出版專著6部,發(fā)表SCI論文100余篇。
我國水產(chǎn)集約化高效養(yǎng)殖面臨三大科學(xué)難題:一是我國水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖水體富營養(yǎng)化程度高,水生生物富集,對傳感器精度的擾動大,現(xiàn)有的傳感技術(shù)難以實(shí)現(xiàn)長時(shí)間在線準(zhǔn)確測量;二是魚類水質(zhì)、營養(yǎng)、病害之間耦合關(guān)系復(fù)雜,魚類生長精準(zhǔn)調(diào)控計(jì)算難度極大;三是我國水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境多樣、信號干擾大,從信息感知到傳輸再到處理控制全環(huán)節(jié)的系統(tǒng)集成復(fù)雜度非常高,水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖實(shí)時(shí)精準(zhǔn)控制極其困難。
針對上述三大科學(xué)問題,積極開展了養(yǎng)殖水質(zhì)傳感器、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖優(yōu)化調(diào)控模型、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖智能裝備研究,已在本領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)外期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文321篇,其中SCI論文104篇,EI論文221篇,谷歌 Scholar引用1542次,單篇最高引用135次。近5年,以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文38篇,最高影響因子5.578,SCI他引171次,EI論文52篇。以第一發(fā)明人獲得水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖水體傳感器、測控模型與方法、無線測控裝備等國家授權(quán)發(fā)明專利25件,形成了一個(gè)完整的水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖實(shí)時(shí)測控技術(shù)體系;牽頭制訂水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖傳感、感知數(shù)據(jù)、傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)、控制裝備等技術(shù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4項(xiàng)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)5項(xiàng)、地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項(xiàng)。參與了國際物聯(lián)網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定,特別是國際物聯(lián)網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定工作。研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品分別在萊州明波、四川通威、天津市海發(fā)等水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖龍頭企業(yè)得到大規(guī)模應(yīng)用,在江蘇省、天津、山東省、廣東省等23省市累計(jì)推廣陸基工廠養(yǎng)殖630萬平方米,池塘及近海養(yǎng)殖825萬畝,涉及養(yǎng)殖品種31個(gè),新增經(jīng)濟(jì)效益96億元,推進(jìn)了我國水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
重要創(chuàng)新成果及其科學(xué)價(jià)值或社會經(jīng)濟(jì)意義如下:
(1)揭示了溶解氧電測量電極失效與鈍化效應(yīng),闡明了分頻式脈沖激勵(lì)四電極溶解氧原位測量和單激發(fā)-雙接收光纖同步比率葉綠素原位檢測機(jī)理,消除了雜質(zhì)粒子、熒光效率變化、熒光內(nèi)濾效應(yīng)對濁度、葉綠素在線檢測精度的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)了富營養(yǎng)化養(yǎng)殖水體濁度、葉綠素寬范圍、高穩(wěn)定準(zhǔn)確測量。
(2)構(gòu)建了多參數(shù)信息融合的傳感器自校準(zhǔn)、自識別智能變送方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了海水、淡水、半咸水等實(shí)現(xiàn)了不同應(yīng)用場景下傳感器精準(zhǔn)測量。對富營養(yǎng)水體條件下水質(zhì)在線精準(zhǔn)檢測和傳感器的國產(chǎn)化有重要理論價(jià)值和實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。
(3)提出了水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)在線處理模型與方法,闡明了“水質(zhì)-病害-營養(yǎng)-行為”鏈?zhǔn)较嗷プ饔藐P(guān)系,構(gòu)建了基于實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)與知識庫聯(lián)合驅(qū)動的魚類生長動態(tài)優(yōu)化調(diào)控模型,為實(shí)現(xiàn)水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖精準(zhǔn)智能調(diào)控提供了關(guān)鍵的理論和方法支撐,提升了我國水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖精準(zhǔn)測控研究的國際影響力。
提出了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)降維去噪、多尺度特征提取、多目標(biāo)組合優(yōu)化、非線性實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)測調(diào)控的數(shù)據(jù)處理模型與方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)了陸基工廠養(yǎng)殖溶解氧隨餌料投喂的變化規(guī)律和池塘養(yǎng)殖溶解氧變化規(guī)律。提出了“水體因子-病害-營養(yǎng)代謝-行為”實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)合預(yù)警模型和動態(tài)調(diào)控方法,構(gòu)建了增氧開啟時(shí)間、開啟時(shí)長以及投餌量的最佳調(diào)控策略。
(4)創(chuàng)建了陸基工廠和池塘養(yǎng)殖兩種模式從孵化到養(yǎng)成全程實(shí)時(shí)精準(zhǔn)測控系統(tǒng),開展了大規(guī)模實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證與應(yīng)用,取得了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會效益。
提出了復(fù)雜養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境下時(shí)空融合的無線傳輸方法,提高了無線傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)在復(fù)雜水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖場景下的穩(wěn)定性。開發(fā)了水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖從孵化到養(yǎng)成全程實(shí)時(shí)精準(zhǔn)測控系統(tǒng)及裝備,實(shí)現(xiàn)了水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖精準(zhǔn)測控。
(5)積極倡導(dǎo)農(nóng)業(yè)信息處理領(lǐng)域的國際合作,廣泛開展計(jì)算機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)用學(xué)術(shù)交流。2007年創(chuàng)立國際計(jì)算機(jī)與計(jì)算技術(shù)農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)用研討會。2011年在國際信息處理聯(lián)合會創(chuàng)立農(nóng)業(yè)信息處理分會(國家農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)歐盟聯(lián)絡(luò)點(diǎn))。2014年在Elsevier旗下創(chuàng)辦我國第一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域國際期刊Information Processing in Agriculture。推薦人先后作為中方協(xié)調(diào)人完成或在研歐盟第六框架、第七框架,地平線2020計(jì)劃共6項(xiàng),2008年起被歐盟委員會聘為歐盟第七框架計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目評審專家,先后10余次參加歐盟項(xiàng)目評審與論證工作。
(6)參與農(nóng)村信息化政策研究,先后受農(nóng)業(yè)部委托牽頭起草了全國農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村信息化十二五、十三五發(fā)展規(guī)劃等一系列農(nóng)業(yè)部重大文件;被科技部聘任為國家農(nóng)村信息化指導(dǎo)組專家;被第一個(gè)國家農(nóng)村信息化示范省——山東省聘為省首席科學(xué)家;被中國科協(xié)評為農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)首席科普專家。
