丁建平 男 1982年1月南京大學獲理學學士學位;1984年10月中山大學獲理學碩士學位;1987年10月復旦大學獲理學博士學位。1987年11月至1989年6月,中國科學院上海硅酸鹽研究所博士后。1989年7月至1991年8月,德國柏林自由大學結晶學研究所洪堡基金會獎研金學者。1991年9月至2001年1月,美國新澤西州羅格斯大學,先后任化學與化學生物學系研究助理、研究助理教授、研究副教授,以及高級生物技術和醫學研究中心助理研究員和研究員。2000年11月起,任中科院中國科學院上海生命科學研究院生化細胞所研究員,為中科院“百人計劃”引進的杰出青年學術帶頭人,獲得2001年國家杰出青年基金資助,2006年入選國家人事部“新世紀百千萬人才工程”國家級人選。現任生化細胞所學術委員會副主任,分子生物學國家重點實驗室副主任,“中國生物化學與分子生物學學會”理事、“蛋白質組學專業委員會”副主任委員、“蛋白質科學專業委員會”常務理事;“中國生物物理學會”理事;“中國晶體學會”常務理事;“亞洲晶體學會”常務理事等;中國《生物化學與生物物理學報》《生物化學與生物物理進展》和《生命的化學》編委、英國《The Biochemical Journal》編輯顧問委員會委員等
主要成果
研究領域為結構生物學,研究工作主要是運用蛋白質結晶學、分子生物學、生物化學、細胞生物學等方法,研究生物大分子的結構和功能。目前研究工作主要圍繞一些具有重要生物學意義、并且與重要疾病相關的人源蛋白質的結構和功能進行研究,特別是參與染色質修飾的蛋白質、參與營養和能量調節的mTOR信號轉導通路的蛋白質、以及參與合成和分解代謝過程的重要酶蛋白等。近五年來主持、參與并完成國家、科學院和地方政府的多項重大研究項目。現已在國際重要學術刊物上發表研究論文100多篇,其中包括Nature, Nature Struct Biol, PNAS, embo J, J Biol Chem, Nucleic Acid Res, Structure, J 摩爾 Biol, Biochem J, Virology等。這些研究工作不僅闡述了一些重要蛋白質分子的生物功能的結構基礎、反應機理、結構和功能的關系等一系列科學問題,具有重大的科學意義;同時還為探索與這些蛋白的功能失調相關的疾病的發病機理、尋找疾病診斷的新靶標和新方法、設計和開發抗病毒和抗疾病藥物等奠定了分子基礎,具有重要的潛在應用價值。
