《Stronger》是《宿醉2》電影的插曲。該曲邀請了法國電子二人組DaftPunk，以后者第二張專輯《Discovery》中的作品《Harder，Better，Faster，Stronger》為藍本并采樣。之后，坎耶·維斯特還不斷研究DJ Afrika Bambaataa的一首《Planet Rock》，并對《Stronger》中的鼓進行研究，成功效仿了《Planet Rock》。

《Stronger》的MV在東京拍攝，由海普·威廉姆斯執導。MV開始，蠢朋克樂隊托馬斯·本高特和蓋-馬努爾·德霍曼-克里斯托在一個高科技房間中用高科技治療坎耶·維斯特，視頻中還有摩托車團伙。其中島鐵雄人體試驗、醫院走廊里爆發能量等經典橋段，坎耶·維斯特都1比1演繹。此外，坎耶·維斯特對最初的MV最初版本并不滿意，在回到美國后，又花費了許多資金去改造該MV。

2010年，音樂制作人Vince P提出指控，他聲稱坎耶·維斯特的單曲《Stronger》與他自己創作的同名作品存在過度的相似性，從而可能侵犯了他的版權。2012年8月，法官Diane Wood判決表示，盡管兩首曲均引用了19世紀德國哲學家弗里德里希·威廉·尼采的名言，初看似是巧合得離譜，但坎耶·維斯特已恰當之處，這些名言在過去一個世紀里已經多次出現在不同歌曲的歌詞里，所以不認同Vince P所指的相似之處，能構成侵犯版權。
