田志喜，中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所科技處長，研究員。主要研究方向為大豆功能基因組研究，重點對影響大豆產量、品質等重要農藝性狀的網絡調控系統進行解析，并致力于培育高產優質的大豆新品種。
2021年9月13日，榮獲第三屆“科學探索獎”。

2007年獲中國科學院遺傳所博士學位。

研究方向
大豆功能基因組研究
大豆( Glycine max ) 原產中國，由祖先野生大豆(Glycine soja ) 長期定向選擇、改良馴化而成。大豆是重要的糧食和油料作物，在我國已有5000多年的栽培歷史。目前，中國已由大豆原產國和產豆大國轉變為世界上最大的大豆進口國，大豆危機已經影響到我國的糧食安全。我們課題組利用關聯分析、圖位克隆和轉基因手段，并結合比較基因組分析方法對影響大豆產量和品質的網絡調控系統進行系統分析，揭示調控大豆種子發育、植株形態建成以及品質形成的內在機制，為大豆分子育種奠定基礎。
