惠永正（1939年12月-2020年12月22），男，江蘇蘇州人，1962年畢業于北京大學化學系。后就職于中科院上海有機化學研究所、國家科委等。

中國共產黨的親密朋友，無黨派人士的優秀代表，我國科技戰線的優秀領導者，第七屆全國政協委員，第八屆、九屆全國人大代表，科學技術部原副部長惠永正同志，因病于2020年12月22日在上海逝世，享年82歲。
主要工作成就
惠永正早期從事物理有機化學研究，系統地研究了糖淀粉及其衍生物作為宿主體系的宿主－客體化學，隨后研究領域擴展到計算機化學和微泡體化學。近年來主要從事微泡體化學和糖化學研究，包括長鏈、多代長鏈化物的微泡體的性質和生物合功能模擬: 復雜低聚糖的化學合成及糖綴合物中糖鏈與生物功能之間關系的研究。早年曾從事計算機化學和微環境效應研究，曾獲全國科學大會獎(1978)，中科院科學進步一等獎(1986)，國家自然科學三等獎(1988)，和中科院發明一等獎(1997)。至今共發表論文71篇。共培養碩士研究生7，博士研究生6名，合作培養博士生8名。
