童依平,男性,博士學(xué)位持有者,研究員,同時(shí)也是博士生導(dǎo)師。他的研究領(lǐng)域主要集中在小麥高效利用土壤養(yǎng)分的生理機(jī)制和遺傳控制。
人物經(jīng)歷
1988年中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲學(xué)士,1993年中國科學(xué)院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心獲碩士學(xué)位,1999年中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所獲博士學(xué)位。
1988年進(jìn)入中國科學(xué)院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心工作,主要研究小麥高效利用土壤養(yǎng)分的生理機(jī)制和遺傳控制。2004年進(jìn)入中國科學(xué)院中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所植物細(xì)胞與染色體工程國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作,主要研究植物高效利用氮、磷的分子機(jī)制。1992-1993年澳大利亞阿德萊德大學(xué)Waite農(nóng)業(yè)研究所訪問學(xué)者,2001-2002年英國Rothamsted Research訪問學(xué)者。
主要研究?jī)?nèi)容
氮磷是植物必需的大量營養(yǎng)元素。農(nóng)作物種間和種內(nèi)不同基因型間存在顯著的吸收利用氮磷效率的差異。揭示導(dǎo)致這種差異的分子機(jī)制以選育氮磷高效農(nóng)作物新品種,是建立"少投入、多產(chǎn)出、保護(hù)環(huán)境"可持續(xù)發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)的重要途徑。
研究小組對(duì)此展開的研究包括:
(1)小麥高效利用氮磷關(guān)鍵基因克隆與有效利用 利用模式種和小麥為研究材料,采用比較基因組學(xué)的研究方法,從小麥中克隆參與、或調(diào)控氮磷吸收和利用的關(guān)鍵基因,分析這些基因的功能和基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),及其與小麥品種間氮磷效率差異的關(guān)系。
(2)小麥氮磷高效性狀QTL定位 利用雙親分離群體QTL定位方法和association mapping相結(jié)合的方法,定位小麥基因組中調(diào)控氮磷吸收和利用效率的QTL位點(diǎn),發(fā)展選育氮磷高效小麥品種的分子標(biāo)記輔助選擇技術(shù)。
