《Trap》是由Svante Halldin、Emilh Tigerlantz、Geraldo Sandell作曲編曲，Misfit作詞，Henry演唱的一首歌曲，收錄在Henry于2013年8月14日發行的同名專輯《Trap》中。
韓語版邀請Super Junior成員曺圭賢與SHINee成員李泰民參與伴唱并出演MV。該版本發布當日，劉憲華在KBS音樂銀行完成solo出道舞臺。該曲一共有朝鮮語、中文、英文、日語四個版本。
《Trap》由鋼琴、弦樂、urban和強烈的鼓風pop舞曲相結合，具備獨特的歌曲氛圍，劉憲華憑借該專輯獲得了2014年第6屆新加坡e樂大賞“最受歡迎K-POP音樂視頻獎”和“亞洲最佳新人獎”，并在IFPI香港島唱片銷售大獎上獲“韓日最暢銷唱片獎”。

劉憲華（Henry Lau），加拿大籍華裔流行樂男歌手、影視演員、主持人。會多種樂器，前韓國男子組合Super Junior-M成員，畢業于伯克利音樂學院。音樂代表作品《Trap》《Fantastic》。曾獲得2014新城越南語力頒獎禮“最高人氣偶像獎”；第十五屆MAHB年度先生盛典“年度新銳音樂人”。

主打曲《Trap》是一首中毒性極強的作品，第一次聽的時候可能你會覺得這首歌不夠突出，但是幾次聽下來，不得不承認這是一首極為耐聽的作品。該曲以Hip-Pop為基調，編曲通過強烈的節奏與抒情元素形成反差，配合了強烈節奏的電子樂與鋼琴聲的搭配做到了極為巧妙的融合，結合遞進式結構提升了作品的層次感。副歌部分以一句“I’m trapped”不斷重復，不僅讓這首歌記憶點加深，也更加的朗朗上口。
