韓冬梅,女,新疆焉耆人,工學(xué)博士,現(xiàn)為中國科學(xué)院陸地水循環(huán)及地表過程重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師,水文研究室副主任。

個人簡況

2002年畢業(yè)于中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(武漢)工程學(xué)院水文與水資源工程專業(yè),獲工學(xué)學(xué)士;

2007年6月獲中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(武漢)環(huán)境學(xué)院水文學(xué)及水資源專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,并獲湖北省優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文獎。

2012年入選第二批中國科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會會員;獲中國科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所2015年度“可杰出青年學(xué)者計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目資助。自2014年10月至今任國際期刊Journal of Hydrology的Associate Editor(AE)。

流域水循環(huán)與地下水水文過程,其中包括水文地質(zhì)學(xué)、同位素水文地質(zhì)學(xué)、水文地球化學(xué)等。

科研項(xiàng)目

先后主持了國家自然科學(xué)青年基金“濱海地區(qū)地下水流動系統(tǒng)特征與咸淡水過渡帶演化及模擬研究(2009-2011)”,面上基金“華北平原咸水體運(yùn)移對深層地下水開采的響應(yīng)機(jī)理(2014-2017)”,中科院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會(2012-2015),中科院中國科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所“一三五”前沿探索類項(xiàng)目“北方濱海巖溶地區(qū)海水入侵機(jī)理研究 (2012.05-2014.12)”及博士后基金項(xiàng)目等;并作為科研骨干參加了國家自然科學(xué)重點(diǎn)基金“水循環(huán)過程不同尺度觀測與對比實(shí)驗(yàn)研究-以白洋淀流域?yàn)槔?2009-2012)”、973項(xiàng)目“華北平原地下水-環(huán)境-社會經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合機(jī)制與評價(jià)體系”專題(2010-2014)、中國地質(zhì)調(diào)查局項(xiàng)目“環(huán)渤海環(huán)境地質(zhì)調(diào)查——同位素、海水入侵自動化觀測點(diǎn)建設(shè)(2005-2010)”, 中科院知識創(chuàng)新工程重要方向性項(xiàng)目“東北水資源形成演變、承載力及優(yōu)化配置研究(2009-2011)”,重大水專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目“多閘壩河流水污染過程分析與監(jiān)控技術(shù)研究(2009-2011)”等多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目,針對地下水循環(huán)與環(huán)境問題開展了系統(tǒng)研究。

學(xué)術(shù)成就

地下水系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性、隱蔽性給全面認(rèn)識地下水系統(tǒng)特征帶來困難。基于地下水系統(tǒng)理論,提取、融合孤立零散的信息,可以降低不確定性,有助于正確認(rèn)識地下水系統(tǒng)的特征。在流域水循環(huán)及地下水水文過程研究方向上,圍繞地下水水量-水質(zhì)時空變化及其對環(huán)境變化的響應(yīng),以地球科學(xué)系統(tǒng)方法為指導(dǎo),注重多學(xué)科多手段多信息的融合,以水巖相互作用為突破角度,取得的主要成果有:

(1)建立了海水入侵多指標(biāo)判定體系,刻畫了咸淡水界面的空間分布特征,定量識別了地下水咸化來源;

(2)識別了盆地尺度不同介質(zhì)地下水系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及相互聯(lián)系,揭示了地下水資源分布及水質(zhì)演化規(guī)律;

(3)定量評價(jià)了人類活動(引水灌溉、垃圾填埋)引起的淺層水環(huán)境變化對深部地下水質(zhì)改變,明確了其中水鹽運(yùn)移的控制因素,為水資源保護(hù)和可持續(xù)利用等提供科技支撐。
