內容簡介：
本書是普及英語詞匯學學專業知識的教材。本教材開發的指導性理念是CBI（內容依托教學），即依托有意義的專業知識內容提高學生對語言的感悟和英語語言能力。教材開發中融入了任務型教學、研究性教學的理念，旨在調動學生積極參與專業的學習。為了保證不同水平的學生在教學中獲得最多，教材保持一定的開放，為學生推薦相關的材料以方便學有余力和有興趣的學生進一步提高。編寫團隊有專家參與，優秀副教授當主編，因為他們確實是中堅力量，在教學實際中對學生更了解
