張學勇，男，1962年9月生，臨洮縣人。博士，研究員。中國科學院遺傳發育所國家細胞與染色體工程國家重點實驗室兼職研究員。
人物經歷
2002年被中國農業科學院聘為二級杰出人才。
1984年畢業于甘肅農業大學農學系，87 畢業于中國科學院西北植物研究所，獲碩士學位。
1992年畢業于中國農業科學院研究生院，獲博士學位。
1994.2-1996.10在美國農部牧草及草地研究中心 (猶他州立大學) 分子細胞遺傳學實驗室、加拿大農部植物研究中心分子遺傳學實驗室做博士后研究。
1997.4-1998.1在意大利Tuscia大學做博士后研究。
研究方向
目前主要從事小麥遺傳多樣性與核心種質構建、基因組進化、品質相關基因克隆等方面的研究工作。
現主持國家重點基礎研究項目（G1998010202）專題:"中國小麥核心種質構建"等項目的研究工作。
主要貢獻
主持完成了國家轉基因專項（J98-018）, 成功克隆了小偃6號的"14"和"15"亞基編碼基因。
主持完成了國家自然基金（39870494）："普通小麥A組染色體分子指紋圖譜的拓建"等研究項目。
在國內外核心刊物發表研究論文近40篇，被他人在SCI刊物引用70余次。
