范睿（上海市科技大學副教授、上海高校特聘教授）于2016年12月加入上海科技大學信息學院，此前供職于新加坡南洋理工大學。范睿2000年獲得加州理工學院計算機科學及數學理學學士，2008年取得麻省理工學院計算機科學博士學位，同年在多倫多大學進行博士后研究并與2010年在以色列理工學院維特比進行博后學習。

其博士論文獲麻省理工學院Sprowls 最佳計算機科學論文獎。他還兩次獲得ACM分布式計算原理（PODC）會議最佳學生論文獎。
研究內容
范睿的研究領域跨越并行和分布計算領域的許多方面，尤其是對大數據集問題的高效算法和算法結算方案的設計特別感興趣。其感興趣的應用研究領域包括：機器學習、節能計算和管理大規模系統。此外他還致力于研究分布式算法和同步相關問題及計算下界。
