陳亞寧，男，1958年生，研究員，博士生導師，1999年畢業于西北大學，現任荒漠與綠洲生態國家重點實驗室主任。

主要成就
科研成就
主要研究方向為干旱區水文水資源；生態水文過程；資源開發與環境整治。先后主持和完成國家973計劃項目、國家科技支撐計劃項目課題、國家自然科學基金項目、中國科學院知識創新工程重點項目等20余項。發表論文280余篇，SCI檢索論文100余篇，主編專著10部，申報國家專利8項。成果獲國家科技進步二等獎3項，新疆科技進步一等獎4項（排名第一）。入選首批國家級“新世紀百千萬人才工程”（2004年），先后榮獲中國科學院方樹泉青年科學家獎（1997年），新疆維吾爾自治區自治區有突出貢獻的優秀專家（1997-2001年、2002-2006年和2007-2011年），新疆維吾爾治區先進工作者（2000年），全國“國際勞動節”勞動獎（2004年），新疆科技進步特等獎（2007年），何梁何利基金獎科學與技術創新獎（2009年），全國優秀科技工作者（2010年），享受國務院頒發的政府特殊津貼。
