劉力源,男,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。2012年7月加入中國(guó)科學(xué)院半導(dǎo)體研究所半導(dǎo)體超晶格國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,任副研究員。

主要成就
研究領(lǐng)域
高速CMOS圖像傳感器、太赫茲波成像芯片、太赫茲通信電路、高性能數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換器等研究。
研究成果
完成了800×600分辨率、1000fps幀率高速圖像傳感器的整體設(shè)計(jì)和列并行讀出電路設(shè)計(jì),國(guó)內(nèi)首次實(shí)現(xiàn)了具有70dB動(dòng)態(tài)范圍的超高速圖像傳感器和超高速相機(jī),傳感器通過(guò)電子四所組織的第三方測(cè)試。開(kāi)展CMOS太赫茲圖像傳感器的研究,突破了1THz頻段的CMOS太赫茲像素的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),為實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模展CMOS太赫茲圖像傳感器奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
