屠鵬飛，男，1963年4月生，黃巖區人，畢業于中國藥科大學，現任北京大學藥學院天然藥物化學系主任，教授，博士生導師。
主要研究為中藥活性成分與新藥研究、天然活性成分結構改造與構效關系研究、中藥質量分析、中藥活性成分的體內藥物學研究。

1988年至1989年在日本富山醫科藥科大學和漢藥研究所學習。
1990年9月進入首都醫科大學藥學院進行博士后研究。
1992年12月博士后出站后留校工作至今。
1993年被聘為副教授，1997年被聘為教授，1999年被評為博士生導師。
現任北京大學藥學院天然藥物化學系主任，教授，博士生導師。
2023年6月14日，國家自然科學基金委員會公布2023年度醫學科學部基礎科學中心和創新研究群體項目專業評審組組成名單，屠鵬飛在列。

研究成果
對肉蓯蓉屬、遠志屬、鐵線蓮屬、大風子科藥用植物及中藥黃芪、紅花等40多種中藥和天然藥物及中藥復方“補陽還五湯”等進行了系統的活性成分研究，分離鑒定了1600多個化合物，其中新化合物400多個；發現肉蓯蓉中所含的部分苯乙醇糖苷成分具有明顯的抑制神經細胞凋亡、促進神經細胞生長作用，闡明其作用機理，并將其研制成為治療阿爾茲海默癥的二類新藥；遠志皂苷具有明顯的抑制基因轉染的神經細胞Aβ的分泌，并闡明其作用機理；廣西血竭中所含的黃酮成分具有明顯的抑制血小板聚集、抗血栓等作用，部分黃類成分具有明顯的抗真菌作用。對大黃、黃芪、紅花等20多種中藥及黃芪注射液等5種中藥注射劑進行了系統的質量標準包括指紋圖譜檢測標準的研究，建立了有效的質量控制方法。已研制一類新藥1項，五類新藥10多項，在研新藥多項。研究成果獲得國家科學技術進步獎一等獎、三等獎各1項、教育部自然科學獎一等獎和科技進步獎一等獎各1項、國家中醫藥管理局科技進步獎一等獎2項、中華中醫藥學會李時珍醫藥創新獎1項、湖北省科技進步獎三等獎1項、新疆和田地區科技特等獎1項，并獲得2001年度中國藥學發展獎地奧藥學科學技術獎（中藥獎）三等獎、2002年度茅以升科技教育獎－北京青年科技獎等榮譽獎。發表科研論文300余篇，其中SCI收載100多篇，著作9部，申請和授權專利30多項。
