趙耀輝，漢族，北京大學(xué)國(guó)家發(fā)展研究院（前身北京大學(xué)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中心）經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教授。1995年于芝加哥大學(xué)獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位，曾任教于任教于美國(guó)喬治華盛頓大學(xué)，1996年至今任教于北京大學(xué)國(guó)家發(fā)展研究院/中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中心，長(zhǎng)期專(zhuān)注勞動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和老年經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究與教學(xué)。趙耀輝教授曾于2006年入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”、2014年當(dāng)選教育部“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者”特聘教授。趙耀輝教授還是中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查（CHARLS）項(xiàng)目組負(fù)責(zé)人，《The Journal of the Economics of Ageing》副總編、北京大學(xué)中國(guó)女經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)者研究培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目聯(lián)合主任。
